The-e-School provides AI-assisted assessments, learning materials, analytics, and related EdTech services. Content and AI outputs are for educational purposes and do not replace professional academic, medical, or legal advice.
Assessments may be generated or graded with AI assistance. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content. Refer to the AI & Data Processing Policy for how your data supports platform improvement.
If you are added to the platform by a school, academy, or institute, your enrollment constitutes acceptance of data sharing with that institute as described in our B2B / Institute Data Sharing Policy.
Paid features, if any, are subject to pricing displayed at purchase. Refund terms will be communicated separately when applicable.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may delete your account per the Account Deletion Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BilSam Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
